For our client, a premier hotel located on the beautiful Black Sea Coast, we are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join their team. Are you ready to start a career in hospitality with a reliable employer? No experience required – we’ll provide the training you need!

What we are looking for?
• Friendly, welcoming attitude and excellent communication skills
• Reliability and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of hotel reception tasks (a plus)
• Fluency in Romanian; additional languages (English, French) are a plus

Your Responsibilities:
• Greeting guests upon arrival and providing a warm welcome
• Checking in and checking out guests efficiently and professionally
• Answering guest inquiries and providing information about the hotel and local area
• Handling reservations and phone/email communication
• Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is tidy and welcoming
• Assisting guests with special requests and handling complaints
